Shipping
All Nibu Letterpress orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from our London studio. We use Royal Mail for all shipments.
Lead times:
- Ready-made items typically ship within 2–5 business days.
- Bespoke and personalised orders take approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and studio schedule.
Please note that during busy or festive periods, production and delivery times may be slightly longer.
If your order contains both bespoke and ready-made products, these will be shipped together once all items are complete. Should you require a split shipment or have an urgent deadline, please contact us at type@nibuletterpress.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
International Orders:
We ship worldwide. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
Returns
We hope you love your Nibu Letterpress order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on eligible items under the following conditions:
- Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is not in the requested conditions.
As each bespoke or personalised item is made to order, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun or a proof has been approved. All bespoke sales are final.
