We are always concerned that customers are happy with the product supplied and will do everything in our power to remedy situations where they are not. If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order before printing we will be happy to make a full refund, unless you have received a proof in which case we will deduct a 50% of the final price. Refunds will not be available after printing has begun. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods after receiving them, please note that we don’t accept any returns of personalised stationery and therefore we will not issue any refunds for them. For any non bespoke stationery returns please get in touch and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.


We treat all details and information you provide us with with the strictest confidentiality. Please be reassured that we never share, sell, trade, rent or pass on your information to other parties.
